1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Faithful Technologies, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Ezer mobile application ("App").
IMPORTANT NOTICE: EARLY ACCESS STATUS
The App is currently in Early Access status, which means:
The App is still under active development
Features may be incomplete or subject to change
New features will be added and marked as "Beta" or "Experimental"
Performance may not be optimal
Pricing and available features may change upon full release
Your feedback and participation help improve the App
By using the App, you acknowledge its Early Access status and agree to these Terms of Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. ABOUT THE APP
Ezer is an AI-powered Bible study application designed to enhance your understanding of Biblical text. The App utilizes artificial intelligence to assist users in:
Studying Biblical content
Understanding Greek/Hebrew translations
Applying Biblical teachings to daily life
Analyzing Biblical context and meaning
Enhancing personal notes with AI generated insights
IMPORTANT AI DISCLAIMER
The AI technology used in the App may produce incorrect or incomplete information
Users must exercise their own judgment when considering AI responses
AI responses should not be considered as authoritative religious guidance
Users should verify important information through traditional Biblical sources
The App's AI should only be used for Biblical study purposes as intended
3. AGE RESTRICTION
The App is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are between the ages of 12 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian review and agree to these Terms of Service prior to using the App.
4. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Early Access Pricing
Current subscription price during Early Access:
Monthly : USD $7.99
Yearly and Lifetime options have limited availability and their prices are subject to change
Pricing structure will change upon full release (our goal is to reduce prices)
Additional tiers may be introduced after Early Access
Refund Policy
Refunds are available:
Within 24 hours of purchase
If the App has not been substantially used (defined as more than 10 AI interactions).
Through your device's app store platform (Google Play or Apple App Store)
Refund decisions may ultimately lie with Apple/Google for in-app purchases.
6. CONTENT AND CONDUCT RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to use the App:
For any purpose other than Biblical study
To generate or promote hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content
To attempt to override or bypass content filters
For commercial purposes or data collection
In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
7. USER CONTENT AND SHARING
Content Storage
Your interactions with the App are stored in your private cloud account
You maintain responsibility for all content you create or share
We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security
While we strive to protect your data, due to the Early Access nature of the App, there is a possibility of data loss during development, and you should not rely on the App for permanent storage of critical information.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with these Terms.
We may remove or restrict access to any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with the intended use of the App.
Content Sharing
Current sharing capabilities are limited
Future updates may enable sharing of individual study instances
Sharing of full account details or credentials is prohibited
Public Communications About the App
You acknowledge that the App is in Early Access and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or inaccuracies. We welcome constructive feedback through official channels such as our email or community forums.

Users agree not to publicly publish, share, or distribute any misleading, defamatory, or materially inaccurate representations of the App or its functionality, particularly when such content relates to known Beta or Experimental features.
Repeated or intentional publication of such content may result in suspension of access, removal of content, or legal action as permitted by law.
If you wish to publish reviews, we ask that you indicate the App is in Early Access and may not reflect the final product.
User Feedback
: You agree that any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or proposals you provide to us regarding the App ('Feedback') may be used by us for any purpose, including for the development and improvement of the App, without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
8. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The App is currently available only on:
Android phones meeting current Google Play Store requirements
iOS phones meeting current App Store requirements
Tablets are not currently supported
Additional device restrictions may apply based on platform requirements
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App remain with Faithful Technologies, LLC. This includes:
The AI technology and its responses
The App's interface and design
All related documentation and materials
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," PARTICULARLY GIVEN ITS EARLY ACCESS STATUS.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING:
The accuracy of AI responses
Uninterrupted availability
Freedom from bugs or errors
Suitability for your specific need
Loss of Data
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
Use or inability to use the App
Reliance on AI-generated content
Technical issues or service interruptions
Any other matter relating to the App
12. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
The App includes AI-generated outputs based on user input. These outputs are automatically generated and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or content that does not reflect the beliefs of Faithful Technologies, LLC. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:
AI responses are for informational and study purposes only
We are not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on AI outputs
You should consult trusted religious or academic sources before acting on any information provided by the App
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state of Texas. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
